Shipping & Returns

• Pick-Up (free):collect your parcel at our HQ in Area 49, Lilongwe. We'll contact you on your order number when it's ready.
• Courier Branch Pickup: we send your parcel from the CTS Courier Area 49 branch to your nearest CTS branch in the city. Free at checkout — you pay the courier when you collect (cash on delivery).
• Door to Door:Allen's delivers to your doorstep anywhere in Lilongwe for a flat fee shown at checkout.

We currently deliver to Blantyre, Zomba, and Mzuzu through courier services including CTS Courier, Speed Courier, Smart Deliveries, and the Post Office. At checkout you choose your city, courier, and the branch where you'll collect. Delivery is free at checkout — you pay the courier's fee directly when you collect your parcel (cash on delivery at the courier office).

Each courier has its own branches and fees per city. Once dispatched, we'll share your parcel details so you can follow up with the courier directly if needed.

Changed your mind? You can return an item within 30 days of collection or delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Contact us via the contact page with your order number and the item you want to return.
• Return the item to our HQ in Area 49, Lilongwe, or send it back via courier (return courier costs are paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund you within 7 working days using your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of collection with photos of the item and its packaging. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery fees — at no cost to you.

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned unless faulty: underwear and swimwear, earrings, opened personal care products, and gift cards.
